  2. How do I use the site?

    The first step is setting up a User ACCOUNT. Once you have successfully created your ACCOUNT, visit EDIT PROFILE to setup your public profile. You can add a picture of yourself, describe your qualifications/certifications, location of employment, and add a phone number for text notifications. Also, make sure you select "Specialties" within your ACCOUNT profile so you are notified of "Help Requests" only in the areas in which you are an Expert. Once this is complete, you are all set! SEARCH our database for past repair solutions, look at the LEADERBOARD to see the top contributors to the site, or watch the RECENT ACTIVITY to see what is currently happening...

  3. How do I get answers to my technical questions?

    You will post a "Request Help" case by inputting all applicable information to your question (Make, Model, Years, Trouble Codes, Symptoms, Description, Photos, Video, Wiring Diagrams, etc.) Other paying users on the site are notified of your help request via our text, email, and browser notification system. With this advanced notification system, you should expect to receive several responses quickly!
